Content creators

Turn one idea into a week of network-native posts, queue them, and see which format actually moved.

Who this is for

Solo creators and small studios shipping to several networks on their own schedule, without an approver.

The work is not writing — it is rewriting the same idea eight times, remembering to post it, and then finding out a week later which format worked. PostHub collapses that loop: adapt once, queue once, measure once.

Honest caveats

  • No free plan: a 10-day Starter trial starts with no card, then a plan is required to keep publishing.
  • AI captions are not available during the trial — they switch on once you are on a paid plan.
  • X/Twitter connects on the Agency plan only.

The workflow, step by step

  1. 01Write

Draft once, let the AI take the first pass

The composer adapts a single draft per network, and the AI assistant drafts captions, titles and hooks in the platform’s own style — YouTube titles under 70 characters, TikTok captions under 150, LinkedIn hooks on line one. It is available on paid plans with a daily allowance per seat, and is deliberately switched off during the trial.

  2. 02Schedule

Fill the week in one sitting

Queue slots and drag-and-drop rescheduling let you place a week of posts without opening the app eight times. Best-time suggestions come from your own posting history, not a generic industry average.

  3. 03Approve

Optional — solo work skips it

Approval defaults to none, so a solo workspace never has to approve its own posts. If you start working with an editor later, switch the workflow to loose or strict and invite them as an approver; nothing else in your routine changes.

  4. 04Publish

It goes out while you are offline

The scheduler ticks every 60 seconds and publishes through each network’s official API. Video networks (YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo) upload with resumable transfers, and per-network rate limits are respected on your behalf.

  5. 05Measure

Know which format earned its slot

Top posts and per-post metrics are captured for 90 days after publishing, so the next month’s calendar is informed by what actually performed instead of what felt good on the day.
