AboutPostHub

We are a small team building one calm place to plan, schedule, publish and measure across every social network — without the tab chaos, the spreadsheet or the enterprise invoice.

01

Our Mission

One calm place for everything you post — plan, schedule, publish and measure without the tab chaos, the spreadsheet or the enterprise invoice.

PostHub exists so a small team can publish like a big one. You compose once, pick your networks, and the calendar, queue and analytics take it from there. Everything we build is measured against a single question: does this make the publishing week calmer?

02

The Story

Built by people who publish daily — and got tired of five open tabs.

We did not start from a market gap analysis. We started from a week where a post silently failed, a spreadsheet of ideas went stale and three browser profiles were holding three sets of logins.

The problem we lived with

Five tabs, a spreadsheet, three browser profiles and a nagging fear that something did not go out. Scheduling tools were either enterprise-priced or too shallow to trust with a real brand — so we built the one we wanted to use ourselves.

What PostHub is

One place to compose once and publish everywhere: a visual calendar and auto-fill queue, captions written in your brand voice, approvals for teams and clients, and analytics that show what actually performed — not vanity charts.

How we work

Small team, shipped weekly. We answer our own support tickets, we publish our own product updates through PostHub itself, and we price in PKR so nothing is hidden behind a currency conversion.

04

The Numbers

Small on purpose: one dashboard, no card to start, priced in rupees.

We would rather be the tool you actually open every day than the one with the longest feature list. These are the numbers we hold ourselves to.

The Team & Our Values

Four rules we do not bend — for users, for data, for the roadmap.

PostHub is founded and operated by Muhammad Tayyab — a small, independent product. There is no growth team optimising you into a bigger plan and no support queue outsourced to a script. The people who build PostHub are the people who answer you.

No dark patterns

Every price, limit and fee is on the page before you sign up. Cancel in one click, keep your data.

Support is a person

Open a ticket and a human who builds the product replies — usually the same day.

Your keys, your data

Tokens are stored encrypted, never sold, and deleted when you disconnect an account.

One calm surface

We ruthlessly remove tabs, modals and steps. If a feature adds noise, it does not ship.

Milestones

The road so far, in four chapters — no vanity dates, just what changed.

PostHub did not arrive finished. Each chapter removed a piece of the chaos we started with.

  1. Chapter 01

    Five tabs and a spreadsheet

The starting point: separate browser profiles per network, a calendar nobody trusted and a silent failure nobody saw.

  2. Chapter 02

    One calm surface ships

Calendar, queue, composer and approvals land in a single dashboard — compose once, publish everywhere.

  3. Chapter 03

    Billing in rupees

PKR pricing and local payment so the number you see is the number you pay, with no conversion hiding in the checkout.

  4. Chapter 04

    Shipped weekly, answered by us

Product updates published through PostHub itself, support tickets answered by the builders, and a roadmap set by what users actually ask for.

07

How It Is Built

TypeScript end to end, HTTPS in transit, tokens stored encrypted.

We keep the stack boring on purpose — it is easier to secure, easier to reason about at 2am when a publish queue needs attention, and easier to keep fast.

  • A Next.js + TypeScript app front and back, so the same types run in the browser and on the server.
  • MySQL on Hostinger infrastructure with restricted access; HTTPS everywhere in transit.
  • httpOnly session cookies for sign-in, so page JavaScript can never read your access token.
  • Social tokens stored encrypted and used only for the actions you authorize — never sold, removed when you disconnect.
  • Weekly releases: small changes, shipped often, rolled back fast if something misbehaves.
