RefundPolicy
Fourteen days to change your mind, one email to ask, and a straight answer about what can and cannot come back.
The 14-day guarantee
Fourteen days from a payment to change your mind — ask, and we refund the plan fee.
Every paid plan on PostHub carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you paid for a plan and it is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of that payment and we refund the plan fee in full. You do not have to give a reason, and asking does not cancel the plan by itself — say so in the same message if you also want it cancelled.
The 14 days are counted from the date of the payment you are asking about — the first payment or the renewal you were charged for — not from the day you created your account.
How to ask for a refund
One email to support@posthub.shorix.io, with your account email and the payment reference.
Refunds are handled by a person, not a button, so the request is an email:
- Write to support@posthub.shorix.io from the email address of your PostHub account (or any address, as long as you tell us which account it is).
- Include the payment reference shown in Billing — it starts PH- — or the date and amount of the transfer, so we can match it to your payment proof.
- Tell us whether you want the plan cancelled too, or only the money back.
- We reply within one business day. If anything is unclear we will ask before acting, and we confirm in writing once the refund has been sent.
What we refund
The plan fee for the payment inside the 14-day window — in full, to the source you paid from.
- The full amount of any plan payment made within the last 14 days — monthly or yearly, first payment or renewal.
- The currency you paid in: payment is made by mobile wallet (JazzCash or Easypaisa) or bank transfer against a payment-proof screenshot, and the refund goes back the same way it came.
- Where your local consumer law gives you a longer cooling-off period or a mandatory refund right, that law applies in addition to this policy and we honour it.
What we do not refund
Nothing on a free trial (nothing was charged), and no part-period after day 14.
- The free trial. A new account gets 10 days on the Starter plan at no cost — there is no charge to return, and a trial is not a purchase.
- Part of a billing period after the 14-day window has closed. Once you are inside a period you have used, we do not refund a fraction of it, except where your local law requires otherwise.
- Payments for an account we terminated for breaking the Terms of Service, or for abuse of the platform connections.
- Fees your own bank, wallet provider or payment intermediary charged you on top of the plan price — we never receive those, so we cannot return them.
How the money comes back
Back through the wallet or bank transfer you paid with — PostHub runs no card gateway.
Payments on this site are made outside the app: you transfer by mobile wallet or bank transfer and upload a screenshot of the payment, which we verify before activating the plan. Because there is no card gateway on our side, a refund is returned by the same route — a wallet refund or a bank transfer back to the account you paid from.
We process an approved request within one business day. How quickly the money lands after that is up to your wallet provider or bank, and we will send you the transfer details so you can follow it.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel any time by asking us — you keep what you already paid for until it runs out.
- To cancel, email support@posthub.shorix.io from your account email and say which plan to stop. Cancellations are handled by a person (the same desk that handles plan changes and invoices), and we confirm in writing when the renewal is switched off.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not trigger an automatic refund of the period you are already in — if that period is inside the 14-day guarantee, ask for both in the same email.
- After cancelling, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then the workspace goes back to the hold state described in the Terms until a plan is activated again.
- Cancelling does not delete your data. Deleting the account is a separate, irreversible action in Settings.
Payment problems and disputes
Paid and the plan did not activate, or charged twice? Write to us first — it is usually a reference mismatch.
- Payment sent but the plan never activated: send the PH- reference or the transfer details. Most cases are a proof we could not match to your account, and we fix them the same day.
- Believe you were charged twice: send both references or transfer dates and we will check and return the duplicate.
- Billing disputes raised before a chargeback are always answered by a person first — that is faster for everyone, and nothing in this policy removes a right you have under your local law.
Changes to this policy
Material changes are announced before they apply — never applied to a payment already made.
We may update this policy as the product and its pricing change. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. A material change is announced in the app or by email before it takes effect, and it never applies retroactively to a payment already made under the previous version.
