Question 1

What plans are there, and what is the difference between Starter, Professional and Agency?

Accepted Answer

Three plans: Starter ($15/mo), Professional ($35/mo) and Agency ($80/mo), each about a sixth cheaper when billed yearly and all shown here in rupees at the live rate. Starter is for one brand at 10 posts per platform each month across 50 accounts with 5 team seats, Professional moves you to unlimited posts with AI captions, advanced analytics, 10 team seats and 5 groups, and Agency is unlimited posts and unlimited accounts plus 25 team seats, approval workflows, white-label reports and CSV/PDF exports.

Question 2

What is the 10-day free trial, and do I need a credit card to start?

Accepted Answer

Every new account opens on the full Starter plan for ten days — every feature bar team invites, because the trial starts with 0 seats, no card, nothing charged. We never take card details at signup and nothing converts automatically when the clock runs out.

Question 3

What happens when my trial ends?

Accepted Answer

The dashboard locks and you land on the plans page, because there is no payment to fall back on. Nothing is deleted: posts, drafts, the calendar, media and connected accounts stay exactly where they were until a plan is active again.

Question 4

Can I switch plans later, and can I downgrade?

Accepted Answer

Yes — upgrade any time from Billing and the new limits apply as soon as the payment is approved. Downgrades wait until the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep every day you bought.

Question 5

Is there a yearly discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes — yearly billing works out roughly 17% cheaper than paying monthly, baked into the per-month figure rather than applied as a coupon at checkout. Flip the cycle toggle above to see the exact rupee saving for each plan.

Question 6

How many social accounts can I connect per plan?

Accepted Answer

Free trial and Starter: 50. Professional: 70. Agency: unlimited. Connections are counted per profile, so Instagram and Facebook from the same business count as two.

Question 7

Can I cancel anytime, and do you offer refunds or a money-back guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time from Billing — access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, with no retention maze in the way. Every plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee; after that we do not refund partial billing periods, except where your local law requires it.

Question 8

What happens to my posts if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Scheduled posts stop firing while your plan is inactive — nothing publishes from a paused workspace, and nothing is charged. Drafts, published history and the calendar all stay in the account, and reconnecting a plan puts the queue back to work.

Question 9

Which currencies do you accept, and how do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Prices are set in USD and shown in PKR at a live rate that is cached for six hours, so the rupee figure is always a real conversion rather than a number baked in at build time. Pay by JazzCash or Easypaisa, or by bank transfer — upload the payment screenshot at checkout and the plan is approved against that proof.

Question 10

When am I billed, and how does yearly billing work?

Accepted Answer

Monthly plans bill on the same date each month; yearly is a single charge for twelve months at the discounted rate, which also converts the rate once for the whole year. Post and account counters reset with the calendar month, not with your billing anniversary.

Question 11

Can I change my billing details, and do you issue invoices or tax receipts?

Accepted Answer

Billing details live on your profile and can be edited any time before the next payment — they are what every receipt is issued against. Each approved payment emails a receipt with your reference code, and a tax invoice is available on request.

Question 12

What happens on a failed payment?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is charged twice and nothing is cancelled — a failed attempt is only recorded, and your current plan stays exactly as it was. Fix the payment method and resend the proof from Billing, or send us the reference and we approve it manually.

Question 13

How many accounts per platform can I connect?

Accepted Answer

There is no per-network cap — the only limit is your plan’s total (50 on the free trial and Starter, 70 on Professional, unlimited on Agency), and the same profile cannot be connected twice. So three Instagram accounts plus one X account is fine as long as the total fits your plan.

Question 14

What happens to my data when I downgrade?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is deleted — every draft, scheduled post, report and connected account stays in place; only the allowances change. Publishing stops once you are past the new, smaller allowance until you upgrade again, and you cannot add accounts beyond the lower limit until you upgrade again.

Question 15

Are team seats metered?

Accepted Answer

Every seat is included at no extra cost, but each plan has a real cap: the free trial and the free plan open with 0 seats, Starter includes 5 team seats, Professional 10 and Agency 25 — so inviting a teammate or a client never adds a line to your bill. What differs between the tiers is approvals, roles and reporting, not the price of a person who can log in.

Question 16

Are official APIs used?

Accepted Answer

Yes — connecting, publishing, analytics and comment actions all go through each network’s official API with the permissions you grant during OAuth, never through scraping or an automated browser. The trade-off is that the platform’s own rules still apply: content they reject fails there, with the error shown on the post.
