PostHub vs SocialBee

SocialBee is built around category-based content recycling; PostHub is built around teams, approvals and one-off precision across 15 networks.

SocialBee’s idea is category-based publishing: you sort content into categories, set a category to repeat, and the queue keeps refilling itself. For evergreen libraries — tip threads, quotes, product explainers — that model genuinely saves time.

PostHub does not have category-based auto-recycling. What it has is a workspace where a draft can be written once, adapted per network, approved by a named person with the authority to approve it, dropped on a calendar, published and measured. That is a different job. The PostHub column is verified in code; the SocialBee column is public positioning.

Where SocialBee is strong

  • Evergreen recycling by content category — a real workflow advantage for libraries of reusable posts.
  • A clear mental model for solo founders who want the queue to run itself.
  • Category-level reporting that maps to how they think about content.

Pick PostHub if…

  • Several people touch a post before it ships, and you need approver roles and a decision history.
  • You manage several brands or clients and want them separated by workspace, group and label.
  • You need exact per-network control (character ceilings, media rules, video-only or image-only networks) instead of a generic queue.
  • You want an API, scoped tokens and an MCP endpoint as a first-class surface.

Pick SocialBee if…

  • Your strategy is “repeat the best of what already exists” on a set cadence.
  • You are running the whole thing alone and want automation over collaboration.
  • You like working in content categories rather than a calendar.
